Mervin came out and replaced the windshield on my car and when he was done he noticed there was spots in between the glass of the new windshield he pointed them out to me he wasn't satisfied with the way it looked so he ordered another windshield and replaced it I didn't have to pay for it until after the second one was installed great service and attention to detail thanks Mervin for taking pride in your work I'm very pleased with the final results would highly recommend Novus to anyone.

Completely thrilled with Novus glass repair! I had been dealing with USAA on a replacement windshield and they set me up with Safelite. One thing led to another, and it became clear that Safelite was not going to work for me. Lesson learned! I should have gone directly to Novus. They conferenced in USAA and we got them the referral number and Novus was able to schedule and install much quicker than Safelite could even imagine.
